A simulated fallback must never be presented as live brokerage access.
The Pro Account page documents a planned research model only. Mayospell does not currently offer this account, live brokerage access, or jurisdiction-based capital call-ups.

The Mayospell fallback path has explicit public rules.
That matters because Mayospell does not imply the same live relationship is available everywhere when it isn't.
Mayospell Pro Account snapshot: July 5, 2026. Mayospell research specification: one active Pro Account maximum, average-funded-seat sizing, 20% transferred starting balance, no balance expansion, standard funded-seat payouts, and no Back2Funded.
Live intent, simulated reality
Mayospell uses Pro Account as an honest fallback for traders who would otherwise earn live review, but whose jurisdiction cannot support live market access.
A cleaner fallback than fake-live marketing
Instead of pretending every trader reaches the exact same live relationship, the program stays truthful about geography and access constraints.
Still shaped like a serious funded lane
Pro Account inherits much of the Live posture, but it keeps the economics and risk model simpler than the true Live Funded Account.
The options version needs this badly
Options access will be even more jurisdiction-sensitive than futures, so Mayospell needs a first-class fallback route instead of hand-wavy copy.
The public site should say exactly what Pro Account means.
That includes who gets it, how it is sized, what transfers in, what never unlocks, and how it differs from true live.
The fallback account should not masquerade as true live.
Mayospell keeps payout and recovery rules distinct, so members always know which path they are on.
Standard XFA-style payout lane
The Mayospell fallback stays aligned to the launch Standard lane: 12 active and eight qualified days, 30% / 65% concentration, reserve-first release, and no overnight holds.
No fake uncapped live promise
That payout structure matters because it distinguishes the fallback account from the true live relationship instead of blurring the two on purpose.
XFAs close on promotion
The trader should see that the funded stack closes as the Pro Account opens, because this is still a promotion path, not one more stackable seat.
No Back2Funded safety net
If the Pro Account closes, Mayospell does not offer Back2Funded. The path back runs through a new combine and fresh funded seats.
The fallback path should still feel like a real progression story.
This is how the program keeps ambitious traders moving without lying about what kind of access they truly have.
1. Earn a live-quality profile
The trader proves they belong in the next tier through multiple clean funded cycles and strong desk behavior.
2. Hit a jurisdiction wall
The program would normally move the trader to true live, but access constraints make a Pro Account the available next step.
3. Close the funded stack
Open XFAs are closed as the Pro Account is created, keeping the relationship legible and singular.
4. Keep progressing honestly
The trader continues building payouts and behavior proof without the product pretending that simulated fallback is the same as real live access.
The trader should be able to tell Live, Pro, and XFA apart instantly.
That prevents the site from collapsing important program differences into fuzzy feel-good copy.
