Age minimum
Mayospell publishes who can actually trade.
Mayospell makes citizenship, residency, sanctions, and country-access logic explicit before a trader buys a combine, expects funding, or plans around live access.
Citizenship rule
No US requirement
Eligibility basis
Citizenship + residency
Fallback lane
XFA or Pro
The Mayospell eligibility gate is a real operating surface.
That matters because it shapes purchase eligibility, funded expectations, live access, and payout truth before the trader even signs up.
Mayospell eligibility snapshot: July 5, 2026. Mayospell eligibility specification: age gate, citizenship and residency logic, sanctions and partner restrictions, funded-only countries, and Pro fallback posture.
Worldwide does not mean unconditional
Mayospell can serve eligible traders globally, but where you are from and where you live both matter before trading, funding, or payouts can happen.
Residency can overrule citizenship
A trader living in an ineligible country stays blocked even if their citizenship would otherwise be fine. That is exactly the kind of rule serious pre-purchase pages need to say out loud.
Some countries are XFA-only
Mayospell separates countries that can access the combine and funded simulation from countries that can also receive live options access.
The Pro fallback matters
For some jurisdictions, the path after strong XFA performance is a Pro Account track rather than true live access. Mayospell should surface the same honesty for options.
The top-level gate should be easy to understand before purchase.
These rules are simple but commercially important, and hiding them creates exactly the kind of support pain and resentment that a serious prop business wants to avoid.
Minimum age: 18
Mayospell requires traders to be at least 18 before combine purchase, funded eligibility, or payouts.
No US citizenship requirement
The public rule is not "US only." The real filter is age plus citizenship-and-residency eligibility after sanctions and broker restrictions are applied.
OFAC and partner restrictions apply
Citizens or residents of OFAC-sanctioned or partner-restricted countries are not eligible to trade, earn funding, or receive payouts.
Lists can change
Country status can change at any time as brokerage and compliance constraints evolve, so Mayospell keeps this page current.
These traders can reach the combine and XFA, but not true live.
Mayospell uses this middle state to keep participation open while staying honest about brokerage constraints.
Select traders from these countries may be considered for the Pro Account track rather than the Live Funded Account, based on performance.
These citizens cannot trade or receive payouts.
Mayospell warns that sanctions and partner restrictions can change this list at any time.
Country status can change as OFAC, broker, and partner rules change. Mayospell treats this page as a living compliance surface, not a buried FAQ.
Eligibility should answer the awkward cases in public.
That includes travel, residency conflicts, XFA-only access, and the fact that country rules can change after someone already knows the brand.
Citizen of an eligible country but living in an ineligible one?
No. Residency in an ineligible country makes the trader ineligible regardless of citizenship.
Citizen of an ineligible country but living in an eligible one?
Possibly. Mayospell requires a government-issued photo ID proving permanent residency in the eligible country plus a bank statement from that country for compliance review.
Traveling through an ineligible country?
Do not trade while there. Trading from an ineligible country, even briefly, may trigger compliance review.
Why are some countries XFA-only?
Brokerage restrictions can prevent Live Funded Account access even when the trader can still pass the combine, earn XFA payouts, and continue through a Pro-style fallback.
Can these country lists change?
Yes. The list can change at any time based on broker and compliance updates, which is why Mayospell keeps this page visible and current.
