Request window
Requests belong inside a formal desk window and a visible dashboard queue, not in an opaque support process. That gives the trader a real sense of when the desk is reviewing cash-out behavior.
What resets after approval
After payout, the lane-specific counters reset. Winning-day counts, consistency math, and funded-cycle readiness must be re-earned rather than assumed to roll forward forever.
