Payout holds, rejections, and balance restoration

Understand the difference between a payout hold and a true rejection, and how the funded seat balance should behave when a request is sent back.

Updated July 5, 2026

Hold is not rejection

A request on hold is still alive. It pauses while KYC, payout, or trade-quality clarification is resolved, and the portal should show the exact blocker instead of leaving the trader to guess.

What a rejection changes

If the desk actually rejects the request, the payout object stops moving and the previously deducted amount should restore to the funded seat so the account state becomes legible again.

Why the notes need to stay attached

Reviewer objections, unsupported same-day expiry behavior, or payout-quality concerns should remain tied to the seat and the rejected request so the next submission does not repeat the same mistake blindly.
